Laws of The Domain of the Blue Rose
- The Domain of the Blue Rose shall meet at the annual Imperial War Southwest.
- Domain meetings shall be valid with either 30 days written notice to the membership, by the Thane, or if a quorum of greater than one half of The Domains members is present in person or by proxy.
- The Thane may call a meeting when he or she deems there is necessary business to conduct.
- The Thane must, within 10 days, call a meeting if asked to do so in writing by five Domain members.
- Each member of the Blue Rose may cast one vote either in person or by written proxy.
- All new members must go through the Blue Rose Initiation Ceremony before they may vote on Blue Rose business.
- All resolutions shall require a majority of greater than two-thirds of voting members present, in person or by proxy to pass.
- A simple majority of 50%+1 is required to rescind a resolution.
- The Domain of the Blue Rose shall have a chief executive officer known as the Thane.
- The Thane shall be elected by a majority of greater than two-thirds of voting members present, in person or by proxy at The Domain's required annual meeting and serve for a term of one year. The Thane normally may not serve consecutive terms but is not limited in the number of terms he or she may serve. However, if there is no other candidate, the Thane may serve consecutive terms.
- The Thane may create regions known as Vicegerencies.
- A Vicegerency may nominate an administrator known as a Vicegerent.
- The Thane must within 10 days, confirm or deny the nomination of a Vicegerent.
- Yearly dues of twelve dollars per member shall be paid by Labor Day each year. New members shall pay one dollar for every month, or part thereof, remaining until Labor Day.
- A Steward shall be elected at the annual meeting. The Steward is responsible for keeping track of the domain's finances.
- During a time of war, if a member of the Blue Rose chooses to fight on any army other than the army supported by the Domain then that person must publicly explain his or her reasons so that the Domain might understand. If no army is officially supported by the Domain, no explanation is necessary.
- The Thane or a representative that he or she appoints shall perform all official ceremonies of the Blue Rose.
- The Thane may appoint an executioner to enforce the laws.
